Reservation

Reservation of an apartment in a Tempologis apartment block is only

valid after the booking has been accepted by SAFILAF-TEMPOLOGIS.

A reservation is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. If the payment has not been received within 7 days of the expected arrival date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the sum of 200 € including VAT will be deducted from the deposit.

The deposit will be returned to the occupant on departure once the premises have been inspected. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

payment Conditions

Rent is payable on reception of the invoice no later than one week after taking possession of the accommodation. Rates are given to the occupant and are available at the reception desk. For 14 days stay or less, the week price is applied and every week started is due totally. After 14 days, the month price is applied from the 15th day to the 30th day. If you leave on Saturday, the Sunday will be counted. The month rate is for any stay equal or superior to a month.

CHANGE TO RESERVATION OR LENGTH OF STAY

The length of stay may be extended depending on availability and at the discretion of Safilaf-Tempologis, with no guarantee of staying in the same apartment nor at the same rate. If an early departure is required, Safilaf-Tempologis must be given 2 weeks’ notice. The cost will be that corresponding to the shortened period. The entire cost of any partial week  will be due in its entirety.

Obligations OF THE OCCUPANT

The apartment will be made available in good condition. The occupant will take care of the rented facilities.

During residency,the occupant will:

  • Check the inventory on arrival and hand it in at reception. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Once this time has elapsed, the apartment and contents will be considered as being undamaged and complete.
  • Report any malfunction(electrical faults, faulty appliances, leaks, etc.).
  • Pay for any costs incurredin changing locks as a result of losing keys,
  • Look after the property during occupancy and respect instructions for the use of appliances displayed in the kitchen.
  • Use heating in a responsible way - any excessive use will be charged as a supplement.
  • The rented premises and appliances must not be altered in any way:the furniture must not be moved, the walls must be preserved in their original state(no posters or other decoration pinned or glued to the walls, no holes, no  frams, etc.).
  • No additional furniture or bulky objects should be stored in the apartment or on the balcony.
  • Avoid deterioration, décoration, installations, obstruction of air ventilation system (kitchen, bathroom, toilets, windows). Any repairs resulting from suchchanges will be charged to the occupant.
  • The peace and quiet of other occupants and the neighbourhood must be respected and no disturbance or anti-social behaviour will be tolerated.
  • Adhere to the internal rules of the building, particularly where noise is concerned, cleanliness, rubbish collection (use of recycling bins at the entrance to the building), the use of parking places (no parking outside the designated parking area, on the grass or anywhere that will cause an obstruction).

Before departure, the occupant must:

  • Clean the apartment thoroughly: vacuuming and washing floors, windows, washbasins, toilet, bath,  sink, cooker, fridge (defrost it and leave the door open), empty the dishwasher and clean the filter,take the rubbish to the bins, etc. If the apartment is not cleaned satisfactorily, the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the deposit at the rate of a professional cleaning company,
  • Lock the apartment carefully and return the keys to reception during opening hours, or in the letterbox of Safilaf-Tempologis outside opening hours. If the occupant forgets to hand in the keys, they must be returned by express delivery.

The apartment will be inspected after the departure of the occupant.
