The rates include:

- Insurance for rented accommodation,

- Unlimited telephone local and national calls,
- Unlimited ADSL connection,
- Television.
No set-up fees
Reservations are only considered firm when a deposit has been received:

If a reservation is cancelled with less than 15 days' notice, 200 € TTC will be retained.
The rent is calculated as follows: for a stay lower than a week, the weekly rate is applied, whatever the number of overnight stays.
Beyond one week, the monthly rate is applied. For a departure on Saturday morning, Saturday and Sunday will be invoiced.
